Active Lifestyles Officer

Role Summary:

  • Assume responsibility for the day to day coordination of the Active Lifestyles Team
  • Planning and delivery of Health and Wellbeing activities and programmes within the Active Lifestyles Team, specifically the Active North Ayrshire exercise referral programme.
  • Monitor and maintain evaluation data ensuring that identified project targets are achieved Maintain links with key partner agencies and provide operational support to ensure a quality service is delivered
  • Ensure that employees positively contribute towards a quality service offered to our customers, providing them with practical assistance and support

You Must Have:

  • Minimum of a Higher National Diploma in Health / Wellbeing / Physical Activity
  • Level 3 Qualification in Exercise on Referral
  • Evidence of Continued Professional Development in the area of Health and Wellbeing

Relief Aerobics/Aqua Instructor

Job Purpose:

  • To deliver fitness classes across KA Leisure and community facilities
  • To deliver fitness classes within the KA Studio and community fitness programmes

  • Hold a recognised fitness industry REPS Level 2 qualification in any of the following disciplines; Exercise to Music; Les Mills; Aqua; Pilates; Yoga; PSI; BACPR
  • An outgoing personality, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
