Workplace App
During Lockdown we introduced Workplace which is our employee app
for staying connected at KA Leisure. Workplace is a great way to keep up to date on the latest developments across KA Leisure, and a great place to work together,
share ideas and stay connected with colleagues from across the business.
Designed by Facebook, Workplace represents a very user-friendly and familiar platform for users and will help us to communicate and collaborate much more effectively.

Staff Updates
We created a process for reaching employees through a series of text messages and newsletters. This provided the opportunity to keep staff connected with continual updates and capture feedback. We developed simple key messages, reinforced public health priorities and provided a portal for information and advice.
We ensure our newsletters are compatible with a number of devises, including mobile, tablet and desktop.
We wanted to make sure that staff received accurate, consistent actionable info and as we had also shifted to a new remote way of working, we needed to be more diligent than ever in demonstrating communications best practice.
