Make a confident comeback!

Although our physical doors are closed, the staff behind the scenes at KA Leisure haven’t stopped during lockdown in order to prepare for your comeback.  With new regulations, different ways of booking and limited space, the term ‘new normal’ is something we are fully prepared for.

It is absolutely understandable if you feel a little daunted by the new normal and perhaps a little apprehensive about returning to us, the place that before lockdown was your go-to for a little you time.

We want to ensure that we are still your leisure destination of choice, the place where you feel connected, confident, inspired and leave buzzing with happy hormones excited to return.  Below are some of our tips to help you on this comeback.

  1. Get Informed
The more informed you are, the happier you will feel when stepping back through our doors. We have followed and implemented all the government guidelines regarding safe working out spaces and you can find this information in our Make the Comeback section.
  2. When can I access the facility?
In order to keep everyone safe, the way in which you use our facility will have a ‘new normal’.  Booking for all facilities will become essential.  This will ensure your safety and give you peace of mind that you have an allocated time slot that is dedicated to you.
Further information on this booking process will be available closer to re-opening.
  3. Get excited!
Dig out your workout gear and get ready to make your entrance.  Stepping back into the gym with confidence can be helped with how you prepare at home.  Our stay active section on our website has a range of live classes, ideas and support to get you active at home.
  4. It may feel strange at first
We have all been through a very challenging time and the world does look a little different at the moment.  Be kind to yourself and give yourself time.  The first few journeys may feel different but with consistency will come confidence.  We are all in this together and you have our full support as you #MakeTheComeback.
