Thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding. We are working hard to navigate through a very fluid and everchanging situation.
We would encourage all staff to continue to keep up to date with national advice and arrangements as below;

Communication
You will be aware that we are trying to collate contact details e.g. mobile telephone number and email address. This is to assist us in providing you with the most up to date information as quickly as possible when you are not at work.

Thank you to those staff who have already provided contact details, we hope you are beginning to receive information via text messages. If you haven’t already provided details and wish to please inform your line manager at the earliest opportunity.

Also, we are aware a number of staff receive a paper payslip. To assist payroll processes at this time we are encouraging all staff to register for an electronic payslip. You can access this here. https://bit.ly/39VXgwi

Those who have registered for the electronic payslip should use their National Insurance number to access.

Absence Reporting
Normal sickness absence reporting applies for all sickness including signs and symptoms of COVID 19.

Message from KA Leisure Chief Executive Wednesday 25th March

Dear Employee

KA Leisure believes its greatest asset is its staff.

Our staff are professional, dedicated and highly skilled across a broad range of disciplines.

I want to thank you for your hard work over the last week to prepare our facilities and activities for closure. Your efforts are very much appreciated.

Currently there is a team of business-critical staff working diligently to ensure our corporate functions are maintained and our facilities are safeguarded. Staff are also supporting North Ayrshire Council Educational Services by delivering activities in schools for children of key emergency workers.

I also understand a number of our employees are already volunteering across the communities of North Ayrshire and I know many of you want to offer your assistance over the coming days.

If you can, and if it is safe for you to do so, please give consideration to volunteering – you really can help.
You can find out more information on this by visiting http://www.northayrshire.community/covid-19-updates-for-communities/35201/

Please continue to follow official published Coronavirus safety guidelines.
Thank you once again.

I send you and your families my best wishes during this difficult time – stay safe.

Libby Cairns
Chief Executive
