Communication
You will be aware that we are trying to collate contact details e.g. mobile telephone number and email address. This is to assist us in providing you with the most up to date information as quickly as possible when you are not at work.
Thank you to those staff who have already provided contact details, we hope you are beginning to receive information via text messages. If you haven’t already provided details and wish to please inform your line manager at the earliest opportunity.
Also, we are aware a number of staff receive a paper payslip. To assist payroll processes at this time we are encouraging all staff to register for an electronic payslip. You can access this here. https://bit.ly/39VXgwi
Those who have registered for the electronic payslip should use their National Insurance number to access.
Normal sickness absence reporting applies for all sickness, including signs and symptoms of COVID 19.
We would encourage all staff to continue to keep up to date with national advice and arrangements as below;
