The Active Lifestyles Team (ALT) delivers a Health & Wellbeing Service in North Ayrshire which offers a broad range of activities within local communities to support people to become more active and adopt a healthier lifestyle.

Although we aim to provide a varied programme in all our localities please note that staffing, membership figures and hall availability factor into the scheduling of activities and sometimes it isn’t always possible for all classes to be offered at all our venues.
