HOW TO SIGN UP FOR ELEVATE 360
- Log in to Your KA Leisure Account – Visit our Online Services and log in log in with your membership details.
- Navigate to the 'Change Membership' Section – Once logged in, go to your account settings and select ‘Membership Change’. You can click here to change your membership to upgrade directly.
- Select Elevate 360 – Choose the Elevate 360 option relevant to your existing membership and follow the steps to make purchase.
- Start Enjoying Your Benefits – Your Elevate 360 features will be activated right away, including priority booking, access to the ARVRA Wellbeing App, and more. You will also receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started.
Important Information for Specific Members:
Paid-in-Full Members:
If your membership has been paid in full, your Elevate 360 upgrade will need to be completed in person at your local KA venue. Our team will be happy to help.
North Ayrshire Council Members:
If you are a North Ayrshire Council member, please visit your local KA venue to upgrade in person. Just bring your membership details and we’ll take care of the rest.

Is Elevate 360 mandatory?
No, it’s an optional upgrade.
When is it available?
Monday 16 February. Â
Can I cancel later?
The same cancellation rules apply as standard memberships. If a member chooses to cancel only the Elevate 360 enhancement, 30 days’ notice is required, and access to 360 benefits will end at the end of the notice period.
Is 360 Available for all memberships?
The 360 upgrade is not available for ANA Memberships, Memberships for young people aged 12-17 or Inspire.
Does this Affect ANA Class Bookings?
No, priority bookings exclude all ANA classes.
