General Manager

Location:  Vikingar Leisure Centre & Garnock Community Campus

Rate of Pay:  £50,512.70 per year

Hours: 37 hours per week

The Role

We’re looking for an inspiring General Manager to lead operations across Vikingar Leisure Centre (including the Vikingar Attraction and Theatre) and Garnock Community Campus. You’ll drive performance, lead high-performing teams, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across all areas.

  • Proven management experience in leisure, hospitality, sport, or a related sector
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Commercial awareness and budget management experience
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer and community outcomes
  • Ability to lead through change, drive performance, and inspire teams
