KA Leisure is upgrading gym facilities across its venues and is offering a selection of used fitness equipment to local sports clubs and community groups.
Eligibility criteria:
Your organisation must:
- Sports Clubs must be registered with KA Leisure’s Community Sport Hub programme, or be willing and eligible to register
- Have suitable premises for safe installation and use
- Use the equipment for non-commercial purposes
- Be able to collect and install the equipment within an agreed timeframe

Terms & Conditions
- Equipment is offered subject to availability and allocation at KA Leisure’s discretion.
- Priority will be given to organisations supporting inclusive or community-focused participation.
- All equipment is provided as seen, with no warranty or guarantee.
- Recipients are responsible for inspecting equipment prior to collection.
- Recipients must ensure equipment is installed, maintained, and used safely in line with relevant health & safety guidance.
- KA Leisure accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of the equipment once collected.
- Organisations must have appropriate insurance cover in place (e.g. public liability).
- Equipment must not be sold, hired out, or transferred to any third party without written consent from KA Leisure.
- Recipients are responsible for all transport, lifting, and associated costs.
- Equipment must be collected within the agreed timeframe; failure to do so may result in reallocation.
- Allocation is only confirmed once written confirmation/Terms and Conditions have been issued and signed by KA Leisure and the recipient.
