We are absolutely delighted to announce that The Café @ Vikingar! has been named Best Attraction Café at the National Scotland Business Awards 2026!
On Sunday 1 November, some of our fantastic team members got dressed up and travelled to the Hilton in Glasgow to attend the awards ceremony. After an enjoyable evening of dining, celebrations and recognising businesses from across Scotland, they returned home victorious!
To achieve national recognition less than a year after opening is an incredible accomplishment and one that everyone involved should be proud of. This award reflects the hard work, passion and dedication of our team, as well as the wonderful community of customers and members who have supported the café from day one. The café at Vikingar! Is much more than an extension of our leisure centre. It has become a thriving community hub where members and non-members can meet, catch up after a gym class or swim, or simply enjoy a coffee and a friendly blether.
A huge thank you to everyone who voted and helped secure this victory for Largs. Your support means the world to us.
We look forward to welcoming you to the café and hope you'll continue to support us as we embark on many exciting future projects and developments.
