Planning your skate? Here’s what you need to know!

Full capacity in the ice rink (350)
No need to pre-book, just come along on the day.
Tickets are sold on a first come first served basis.
Skate Hire is available
Penguin Hire is available (30 minutes per hire)
All under 8’s must be accompanied on the ice at all times by an adult of at least 16 years of age.

Club Information

Ayrshire Flyers Shorttrack Speed Skating Club

Ayrshire Flyers is a shorttrack speed skating club based at Auchenharvie Ice Rink which is coached by former Olympian Archie Marshall. The club meets twice weekly – Thursdays at 16.45 and Sundays at 13.15. We are currently looking for new members to join us on the ice and welcome all ages from 5 to 65. The first introductory session is free of charge.

North Ayrshire Ice Hockey Club

North Ayrshire Ice Hockey Club are based within Auchenharvie Leisure Centre in Stevenston.

In 2022 we rebranded all our teams to fall under the one name which was that of our senior team North Ayrshire Wild.

Our age groups range from u10, u12, u14, u16, u19 and our SNL team.

We also have a very productive Learn to Play scheme where kids of all ages can try and experience the fastest sport in the world!

Currently, we have players at various age levels competing for National Conference team (Scotland), UK Select Team, GB Women’s u16s, trialists at GB u16s men’s team, and a GB Olympic team.
