Menopause changes your body - not your potential.

MenoFit is a small-group, education-led programme designed to help women better understand how movement, nutrition and lifestyle can support wellbeing through peri-menopause and menopause.

Blending practical learning with guided gym-based activity, the programme provides a supportive space to build confidence, improve understanding and develop realistic strategies that work for everyday life.

We’re excited to launch the next part of our Elevate 360 wellbeing offer by partnering with wellbeing consultant Lesley Kerr to deliver a series of expert-led workshops for our members.

Lesley brings over 25 years of experience in health, fitness and wellbeing and will be sharing practical advice, myth-busting insights and simple strategies to help improve health, energy and overall wellbeing.

These sessions are designed to be interactive, practical and empowering, giving participants tools they can take away and apply straight away.

What it covers

Each session blends classroom discussion-based learning with practical gym time:

  • How to train: strength, cardio and mobility for hormone changes, bone health, metabolism and symptom management
  • What to eat: protein, carbs, fats and key nutrients to support energy, sleep, body composition and recovery
  • How to supplement: evidence-based guidance on what helps, what does not, and how to make informed choices
  • Symptom strategy: hot flushes, sleep disruption, joint pain, mood and energy — how movement and nutrition can help you take back control
  • Programme design: how to structure your own weekly workout safely and progressively

Who it is for

Designed for women in peri-menopause and menopause who want to take an active role in their health and wellbeing. Suitable for beginners returning to exercise, regular gym-goers who want to adapt their training, and anyone who feels their current routine no longer works for their changing body.

No prior knowledge needed. All fitness levels welcome.
