The award winning Vikingar! is situated adjacent to the promenade in the beautiful coastal town of Largs, and boasts views over the Firth of Clyde, the Isles of Cumbrae and beyond. In addition to the historical and action-packed Viking Experience, there is the Barrfields Pavilion Theatre, a 4 lane 25m pool and a teaching pool for beginners or younger swimmers plus a host of other leisure facilities are on offer including the air-conditioned KA Fitness Studio, making Vikingar! the ideal day out for all the family.

As well as giving mums a chance to bond with their baby, post natal exercise can offer a world of benefits too. This all over body workout can be done literally holding your baby. We practise light cardio and tone most muscles in our body then finish with a stretch and some pelvic floor exercises. We have a play area filled with toys for your little one to play in if they wish. All exercises can be adapted for if your holding your baby or not. We also have soft weights which are more than safe to be around little fingers and tare away toddlers.

As well as giving mums a chance to bond with their baby, post natal exercise can offer a world of benefits too. This all over body workout can be done literally holding your baby. We practise light cardio and tone most muscles in our body then finish with a stretch and some pelvic floor exercises. We have a play area filled with toys for your little one to play in if they wish. All exercises can be adapted for if your holding your baby or not. We also have soft weights which are more than safe to be around little fingers and tare away toddlers.

Important Vikingar Pool Information

* = Learn To Swim will have shared access of the main pool during Public Swimming

Small pool is closed during Learn To Swim Program

** = A.N.A Aqua will have shared access with Public Swimming

*** = Public Swimming will close at 1.30pm , if there is a pool party hire. We recommend phoning before you arrive.

Tuesday Night Aqua Fit = Full use of the main pool and MUST be pre-booked.

N.A.A.S.C & Largs Swim Club = Private swimming clubs, Pool is closed to public.
