My main sport is football and I have played this for as long as I can remember at pro youth level and then going on to playing in the junior leagues. I have been working in the fitness industry since 2016 and helped a wide range of clients achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals. About Me

Hello, my name is Ricci Carrino and I live in Prestwick with my wife and 2 kids. In my spare time, I compete in running events such as trail and fell racing, obstacle course racing, Hyrox and deka. I absolutely love anything outdoors, camping and the mountains and spending time with my family. As a coach I specialise in anything that involves running and strength, most people I coach do similar events to me.

      My story began with a simple love for staying active and decided to take the leap of turning this passion for staying active into a into a career and gained the qualifications to work within the fitness industry. In September 2020 I achieved my level 2 Gym instructing and shortly after this began working for KA leisure based at Vikingar! In Largs. While working for KA Leisure I decided to take my studies further and achieved my level 3 Diploma in Personal Training in March 2023. Beyond my level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, I’ve also successfully achieved Level 3 award in supporting pre and postnatal clients with exercise & nutrition, deepening my expertise and allowing me to support individuals during this special phase of life. This journey from a love for staying active to becoming a qualified fitness professional has been truly rewarding. My focus is on creating effective workouts that make sense, whether you’re into lifting weights or just aiming to feel better in your skin, I’ve got you covered. From setting achievable goals to taking those gradual steps forward, I’m here to guide you.
