An interactive music and rhythm making workshop that will INSPIRE children to explore music in a fun and energetic way.
What will we do?
Together we will tell a story through the ‘groove’ in a way that encourages us to use our creative imagination. There will be a variety of musical games which will help build self-esteem and confidence during the session.
You will learn the basics of how to play the instruments and develop sensory and motor skills whilst joining ‘The Groove’. Children are also invited to share their own personal rhythm whilst connecting through music.
There is no ‘wrong way’ as these sessions aim to empower children to feel positive, valued and achieve their individual goals.
What will I play?
Each session will use a variety of hand drums and percussion.
