These classes allow participants to exercise as a group in a gym environment under the supervision of a fully qualified member of staff.

Aquafit
These classes are suitable for a range of abilities and fitness levels. Due to the natural buoyancy of the water these class are particularly suitable for people with mobility and joint problems.

Low Circuit
A low impact circuit class which incorporates a cardiovascular workout with strength and conditioning.

Keep Fit
Low impact exercise to music classes.

Pilates
Low impact classes which focus on core strength and conditioning.

Walking Football
A slow paced version of the game aimed at getting players back involved with Sport Football Classes.

Strength & Balance
Strength and Balance classes are classes within the local community that provide seated and standing options and include strength and balance exercise that will improve activities of daily living.
