Work continues on finalising the scope, specification and cost of the necessary repairs to the Auchenharvie Leisure Centre post Storm Eowyn with the timescales for reopening the pool area also being assessed.
Once North Ayrshire Council have appointed contractors, KA Leisure will be provided with a programme based on the availability of materials required to undertake the necessary repairs both to the internal and external building fabric.
The reopening of the pool is a priority and further communications will be issued to customers and stakeholders when the information is made available.
