Poses held for a longer period of time and ideal for beginners. This is a gentle chair based class to assist people living with breathing conditions. Using light-weight kettlebells, with a non-stop routine, you will work every single muscle in your body. A combination of muscle sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of Yoga. Performed at a fast pace. A popular workout for our female members. Targeting the thighs, glutes and abs. A low impact exercise class to music helping you to stay active. Finishing off with flexibility and stretching incorporating controlled breathing to promote relaxation and wellbeing. It is suitable for all fitness levels. HIIT training comes in many different forms, but it basically involves a period of high work rate followed by a period of much lower intensity – or complete rest. Get great results…FAST! A sport inspired cardio workout with athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises. High Intensity Interval training. Upper and lower body exercises with set intervals in between, easier options can be given. A core muscle workout. This class is delivered by a fully qualified BACPR instructor and designed for participants who have completed physiotherapy led cardiac rehabilitation, are living with established Cardiovascular Disease or those with significant cardiovascular risk factors.
An enjoyable circuit based class designed for participants living with a range of conditions including Cardiac conditions, Pulmonary conditions, Cancer, Stroke & Diabetes.
