Recreation Assistant II (Pool)  – Permanent (2 Positions Available)

Location:  Auchenharvie Leisure Centre, Stevenston

Rate of Pay: £13.06 per hour

(KA Leisure provides workers with a minimum hourly rate of £13.06 per hour under the Living wage initiative. Terms and conditions apply)

Hours:  37 hours per week (Rolling rota – Includes morning, evening and weekend shifts)     

Role Summary:              

Job Purpose: 

  • Pool supervision
  • Cleaning duties
  • Observe and promote Health and Safety
  • High standard of customer care
  • Assist with the day to day running of the facility

You Must Have:

  • Current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification

Please note: Auchenharvie Leisure Centre is currently undergoing repair work following damage to the roof earlier this year. As part of the preparations for reopening, the Recreation Assistant positions will be activated in the lead-up to the completion of these works. These roles are integral to ensuring the site is fully operational and ready to welcome the community once repairs are finalised.
