Customer Update 24/11/20

We hope you are all well and keeping safe. We would like to thank all of our customers for their patience and continued support during these challenging times.  

We are disappointed that certain activities remain suspended during the current restrictions with North Ayrshire’s inclusion in Tier 3 and we would like to remind customers that this also includes travelling to another local authority area for the purposes of sport and physical activities. 

The risk of infection and spread of COVID-19 remains and the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers is always our priority. 

We understand a number of our customers are affected by the current travel restrictions.  We will continue to monitor the length of this disruption and adjust the January payment accordingly for those affected.
