Customer Announcement: Changes to Synthetic/Grass Pitch Payments and Bookings
We would like to inform you about some important updates regarding the payments and bookings for our synthetic and grass pitches, specifically for weekend bookings.
New Payment Policy Effective January 1st, 2025:
- All weekend pitch bookings must be paid at the time of booking.
- For bookings made via the footballbookings@kaleisure.com email, our team will confirm pitch availability or suggest alternatives. These bookings must be paid by the end of the working day on the Monday of that week. Unpaid bookings will be removed, and customers will be notified.
Online Payment Developments: We are actively working on implementing easier online payment methods. We will keep you updated as these developments progress.
