Membership FAQs
When will my subscription fees restart?
Your fitness subscription fees will not restart until 1st October. We will be in touch prior to that date to give you more information and further options.
I cancelled my Direct Debit directly with the bank, can I re-join?
You can rejoin us by visiting one of our receptions at the times outlined below:
AUCHENHARVIE
Monday – Friday: 12.30-1.30pm & 7.30-8.30pm
Weekends: 2.30-3.30pm
THE PORTAL
Monday – Friday: 1-2pm & 8-9pm
Weekends: 4-5pm
VIKINGAR!
Monday – Friday: 1-2pm, 3-4pm & 7.30-8.30pm
Weekends: 3-4pm
I pay my subscription annually. What happens to the months I missed?
We will extend annual subscriptions that have been affected by our closure for up to 7 months.
I'm not ready to return. How do I freeze my membership?
You can freeze or unfreeze your membership by clicking here.
The deadline has now passed for December’s payment and any applications to freeze your membership will apply from the 1st January.
We understand a number of our customers are affected by the current travel restrictions. We will continue to monitor the length of this disruption and adjust the January payment accordingly for those affected. Please let us know if you’re affected by these restrictions by emailing us at info@kaleisure.com by 5pm on Friday 18th December 2020.
