IT’S TIME…

We are looking forward to welcoming you back and continue to work closely with North Ayrshire Council, industry bodies and our local and national partners to ensure all relevant safety measures and procedures are in place. The safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers remain our priority.

We will be phasing the re-opening of leisure facilities in line with Scottish Government guidance from Monday 26th April. Capacity restrictions will remain in place and advanced booking will be required for all activities.

The following activities will be available from Monday 26th April –

Aquatics
Public swimming, family sessions, Learn to Swim and club use will be available at –
• Auchenharvie
• Garnock Community Campus
• Portal
• Vikingar!

Fitness
The following fitness suites will be available for individual exercise from Monday 26th April.
• Auchenharvie
• Portal
• Vikingar!
• Walker Hall, Kilbirnie (NEW)

Direct Debits
All Direct Debits for fitness and Learn to Swim customers will resume from 1st June.
We will contact customers directly prior to the first payment being taken and also offer the opportunity to freeze your membership.

Unfreeze Your Membership

Booking
Advanced booking will be required for all activities.

We are introducing our new booking system which will be live on Friday 23rd April, as it’s a new system all members will require to re-register for online booking.

All members should have received an email with registration details. Unfortunately, while we are in this short transitional period we will not be able to take online bookings from non-members. As all activities must be booked in advance booking can be made by contacting one of the centres below.

Fit4Access
Customers will be asked to complete an online health check through Fit4Access. On completion, you will receive a Fit4Access pass which you must show at reception prior to taking part in your activity.
