Make the Comeback with KA Leisure

It has felt like a very long few months without you, and we are looking forward to being able to welcome you back very soon!

We’ve been following the Scottish Government advice closely and we’re pleased to hear that the indicative date of Monday 14th September has been brought forward to Monday 31st August.

We can now begin to implement the plans that we have to safely re-open our facilities. It will however be necessary to adjust how we operate in order to comply with Scottish Government, public health, industry and sport’s governing bodies guidelines.

We want to ensure that both our staff and customers feel comfortable, confident and safe in our venues, by focusing on customer physical distancing, protection measures and enhanced cleanliness and hygiene. Our overriding priority is our staff and customers safety and wellbeing.

Given the complexities of re-opening such a broad range of leisure provision, it is our intention to re-launch activities and services on a phased approach.

Our team has been busy preparing our venues and over the next week we will share with you our provisional timetable for re-opening.

We understand customers may be disappointed that activities or services may not be re-opening as soon as we would like but our customers can be assured that we will continue to adopt a flexible approach and revise our plans in light of emerging guidance.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our staff, partners and customers for their support and patience in these challenging times.

No doubt you will have some questions…

We have prepared some FAQ’s which will hopefully answer all of your questions. If not, then please feel free to send us an email using the form on the bottom of the FAQ’s page.

We will do our best to answer all questions, but as the situation and guidance changes regularly, we may not be able to provide definitive answers to all your questions just yet.

In the meantime…

We will continue to support you to stay active and healthy.  With the current Covid-19 restrictions it undoubtedly seems harder to fit exercise and movement into your daily routine. However, staying active is more important than ever at the moment, both for our physical and mental health.
