KA Leisure Customer Update Friday 14th May 2021

We are looking forward to welcoming you back and are pleased to confirm that the following activities will resume on Monday 17th May:

Group Exercise Classes:
Group exercise classes will return at the Portal and Vikingar! We are excited to release our new timetable of classes which are available to book now.  Visit https://kaleisure.com/fitness/ or login to our online booking system at https://kaleisure.legendonlineservices.co.uk/enterprise/account/login.

Active North Ayrshire – Physical Activity on Referral Classes:
Active North Ayrshire (ANA) classes will return to the Portal and Vikingar! For further information and to book into a class please contact the Active Lifestyles Team by email at activelifestyles@kaleisure.com or call 07483 156 181.  Please view our current timetable at https://kaleisure.com/ana-class-programme/.

Outdoor Contact Sports:
For more information on outdoor contact sport for ages 18+ and how to make a booking please visit https://kaleisure.com/covid-portal/outdoor-sports-facilities/.

Booking Information:
Advanced booking is required for all activities. A new booking system has been introduced and all members will require to re-register for online booking. Details on how to register and make a booking are available at https://kaleisure.com/news/online-booking-and-registration/.

*Online booking is currently only available for members with details for non-members to follow shortly.  In the meantime, non-members can book via our receptions.

Memberships
We will be in touch with all customers directly with Direct Debit and Membership information.

Fit4Access
Prior to your visit you must complete an online health check through Fit4Access. On completion, you will receive a Fit4Access pass which you must show at reception before taking part in your activity.

Elevate Online
We’re pleased to announce that our new Elevate Online Class programme will launch on Monday 17th May. Elevate Online will provide access to over 60 classes streamed live from our studios as well as exclusive unlimited access to Les Mills on Demand. Access to Elevate Online is free for members with an active and unfrozen membership.  To access the platform, you’ll need to register using the following link to receive a voucher code and link https://kaleisure.com/at-home-membership-request/  If you are a frozen member, you can also sign up to Elevate Online for only £12.00 per month. To register and access a FREE 7 DAY trial visit: https://www.movegb.com/ka-leisure.

Booking Update 24/04/2021

Thank you for your patience while we resolve some minor technical issues we are experiencing with our new booking system. Online booking will be temporarily unavailable and will be live again tomorrow morning at 10am – Sunday 25th April.

Please note – if you have already made a booking, your booking is safe and there is no need to re-book.

Direct Debits
All Direct Debits for fitness and Learn to Swim customers will resume from 1st June.
We will contact customers directly prior to the first payment being taken and also offer the opportunity to freeze your membership.

We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and thank all our customers for their patience and understanding.

Booking Update 23/04/2021
Thanks for bearing with us and all your comments. We are pleased to confirm that our booking system is now live. Please accept our apologies for the delay and any inconvenience this has caused.

To make a booking –

  • Follow the link to your login screen and login
  • On Home Screen click ‘Drop ins’ within – Make a Booking box
  • Clubs – select a venue
  • Select category (gym sessions are within fitness classes)
  • Select from activity options (gym sessions are displayed as Elevate Fitness Session)
  • Scroll down to view timetable
  • Select date
  • Select session
  • Add and continue to basket
  • Move through booking confirmation within the basket

Please note a charge will be shown against your booking until you move to your basket where a membership discount will be applied providing free access. If you have an active membership and the system is continuing to request payment, please email marketinginfo@kaleisure.com and we will get back to you ASAP.

We are aware that some customers have not received an email yet with their membership number. To register for our new booking system all you need is your membership number which is included in previous emails. If you know your membership number, then you can register by visiting https://kaleisure.legendonlineservices.co.uk/enterprise/account/login. We apologise in advance as we try and resolve this issue as you may receive a duplicate email.

Alternatively, you can also obtain your membership number by calling one of the facilities listed below.

KA Leisure Customer Update Thursday 22nd April 2021

IT’S TIME…

We are looking forward to welcoming you back and continue to work closely with North Ayrshire Council, industry bodies and our local and national partners to ensure all relevant safety measures and procedures are in place. The safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers remain our priority.

We will be phasing the re-opening of leisure facilities in line with Scottish Government guidance from Monday 26th April. Capacity restrictions will remain in place and advanced booking will be required for all activities.

The following activities will be available from Monday 26th April –

Aquatics
Public swimming, family sessions, Learn to Swim and club use will be available at –
• Auchenharvie
• Garnock Community Campus
• Portal
• Vikingar!

Fitness
The following fitness suites will be available for individual exercise from Monday 26th April.
• Auchenharvie
• Portal
• Vikingar!
• Walker Hall, Kilbirnie (NEW)

Direct Debits

We are introducing our new booking system which will be live on Friday 23rd April, as it’s a new system all members will require to re-register for online booking.

All members should have received an email with registration details. Unfortunately, while we are in this short transitional period we will not be able to take online bookings from non-members. As all activities must be booked in advance booking can be made by contacting one of the centres below.
